This expert has 35+ years of experience providing safety and loss control for the Trucking Industry. He is certified by the National Association of Safety Professionals and the North American Transportation Management Institution. He has completed several courses regarding safety, loss control and compliance issues. Previously, this expert served as the Director of Loss Control and Safety for the Alabama Trucking Association where he was responsible for all loss control activities ($46 million fund) and the development of accident prevention programs. He earned his B.S. in Aeronautical Studies and Airport Management from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and his Master of Public Administration in Organizational Management from Golden Gate University, and then proceeded to hold positions with Sky Harbor International Airport, Tampa International Airport, and Gainesville Regional Airport. More recently, the expert was the Director of Operations for Birmingham International Airport, the Deputy Airport Director for Raleigh-Durham International Airport, and the Vice President of Operations at Doha and Hamad International Airports in Qatar. He is now an airport operations consultant specializing in operational concepts and new Terminal Readiness for airports/airlines and aviation planning/design firms.

This expert has over 20 years of experience as a mariner. He received a B.S. in Marine Transportation from Texas A&M University and a M.S. in Marine Management from the Maine Maritime Academy as well as a J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law. In addition, he served on the United States Naval Reserve for over 20 years, eventually retiring as a Commander, and trained hundreds of cadets at the Texas Maritime Academy as Commandant of Cadets. Licensed as a United States Coast Guard Master Mariner of Any Gross Tons, he served as Master on the US Training Ship Texas Clipper II and on the United States Naval Ship Sirius for Operation Katrina Relief in New Orleans, foreign flag passenger ship doing cruises to nowhere and a US research ship. He currently serves as Senior Pilot at a major seaport with approximately 5,000 ship transits and serves as a lead Instructor for a maritime academy and has developed senior level courses for captains, senior officers, and pilots.

This expert in traffic accident reconstruction has over 35 years of experience as a traffic and transportation engineer. He received his BS in traffic and transportation engineering from the University of Belgrade, his MS in civil engineering from the University of Zagreb, and his PhD in traffic and transportation engineering from the University of Zagreb. He has published four textbooks and over 60 professional publications on topics in transportation engineering. Formerly, he has served as a roadway specialist at the Tennessee Department of Transportation and a transportation planner at Gary Struthers Associates. In addition, this expert has held roles as a leading traffic engineer at CHS Consulting Group and a dean and professor in the college of engineering at Pan-European University. Currently, he is a program and project manager at a major transportation department.

This highly qualified expert has over 30 years of experience in the trucking industry, with experience in areas relating to trucking safety, FMCSA, recruiting, operations, and risk management. He earned his BS in resources management from Troy University and completed training in advanced avionics with the United States Navy. He began his career in the trucking industry as an operations manager for E. Ray Watson Company before moving on to Alabama River Companies. During his 21 years with Alabama River Companies, he held various roles such as production supervisor, mill coordinator, product unit area manager and woodyard area manager. He has also previously served as the principal for Hornady Transportation and currently serves as the president of a private business consultancy in Alabama.

This expert has nearly a decade of experience in railroad operations and safety. He is a member of both the United Transportation Union and American Corporate Partners. Formerly, he served as a railway conductor and railway crew manager at BNSF Railway, as well as a regional safety manager at Rescar. He has also served as the senior manager of operations and vice president of railway operations at Railway Safety Consultants, LLC, where he led international railway operations in performance metrics, training standards, auditing, and government compliance. Currently, this expert is the chief operating officer at an international railway consultancy.

This expert is a certified Director of Safety through the National Committee for Motor Fleet Supervisory Training.
