Wyoming workplace safety expert witnesses assess jobsite hazards and safety programs across the state’s energy fields, mines, and remote industrial sites. They often come from OSHA compliance, industrial hygiene, safety engineering, and construction management backgrounds. Familiar with Wyoming’s dispersed worksites and winter conditions, they evaluate incident causation, fall protection, equipment guarding, training adequacy, and regulatory compliance.
