Texas workplace safety expert witnesses assess jobsite hazards, safety programs, and regulatory compliance across the state’s oil and gas fields, petrochemical plants, and fast-growing construction corridors. They often come from industrial hygiene, OSHA compliance, safety engineering, and EHS leadership in Texas operations. They evaluate accident causation, training adequacy, PPE use, and safety management failures.
