Nebraska workplace safety expert witnesses assess jobsite hazards, safety programs, and regulatory compliance across the state’s meatpacking and agricultural operations. They often come from industrial hygiene, safety engineering, ergonomics, and EHS leadership roles in Omaha and Lincoln employers. They commonly evaluate incident causation, exposure controls, machine guarding, training adequacy, and OSHA standard adherence.
