Vermont workplace safety expert witnesses assess jobsite hazards, regulatory compliance, and injury prevention practices across the state’s manufacturing, timber, and winter-operations workplaces. They often come from OSHA compliance, industrial hygiene, safety engineering, and occupational medicine roles. Familiar with Vermont’s rural worksites and small employers, they evaluate fall protection, machine guarding, exposure controls, and incident causation.
