This expert's construction industry experience includes overall project management, construction safety and quality control with leading contractors, owners and government agencies. For the last 15 years, he has been President of his own firm specializing in litigation support for construction accidents and personal injury cases, claim analysis and negotiations, and resolution of contract issues. He has completed over 200 cases in 27 states. His consulting services also included review and input on a 40 minute safety DVD. He has written, lectured and conducted seminars in the US, Saudi Arabia, UAE and Qatar. His publications are included in the Engineering News Record and the American Society of Civil Engineers.

This Tennessee based expert entered the waste management industry in 1988, joining the old Browning-Ferris Industries as a District Manager of Environmental, Safety and Health for the Nashville District, covering 22,500 square miles. He was responsible for hiring, training, risk management, claims and compliance with OSHA, DOT and EPA regulations. He later became the Director of Solid Waste for the city of Franklin, TN, where he oversaw the conception and completion of a Municipal Services Complex that included a new 500-ton per day transfer station and 20,000 square foot operations center. He has been a member of the Solid Waste Association of North America for almost twenty years, and is certified to teach in Collections, Transfer Station, Recycling, Integrated Solid Waste Management and Principals of Solid Waste Management. He has written or edited numerous textbooks for the organization.

This expert earned his BS in Management Science from Virginia Tech and Executive Graduate Program College of Insurance. This expert also has a number of certifications including certification as a Certified Builders Insurance Agent, certification by the College of Insurance, and certification by the National Safety Council. He is licensed as a Property and Casualty Agent and a Life and Health Agent in North Carolina. In addition, he is the Vice Chairman of the Safety Council of North Carolina. Formerly, this expert has held several vice president positions at various insurance companies, and he is currently the Vice President of Risk Management for a large roofing contractor.

This qualified expert received his BA from Valparaiso University and is a licensed OSHA trainer for numerous courses. He has managed various construction safety projects including the installation and modification of industrial equipment valued at over a billion dollars. Formerly, he served as a night safety manager for Gallagher Kaiser at General Motors and as a safety manager for NKC American at Toyota Motor Manufacturing. He currently is the safety manager for a prominent aluminum manufacturer overseeing the installation of a new stamping bed.

He earned his BA in emergency and disaster management from American Public University and his MBA in finance from Columbia Southern University. He is active in his field as a member of several organizations, including the International Association of Emergency Managers and the North Carolina State Firemen's Association. This highly qualified expert is a licensed general contractor and building examiner with experience in construction claims, construction defects, issue identification, water intrusion, roofing, siding, and EFIS claims. He received his BS in architecture and construction science and management from Clemson University. He has over 40 years of experience in commercial, industrial and residential construction with an emphasis in design-build construction and development. He has managed a wide range of construction projects involving design, engineering, and development and his vast experience spans across many industry sectors including residential, industrial, retail, medical, government, and school projects. He is a member of the International Code Council and has an OSHA 30 Hour Safety certificate. Formerly he worked as a project manager and cost estimator for various companies, including, Fiske-Carter Construction, Inc, York Construction, Inc, and as president for D. Kent Lesley Design and Construction. Currently, he serves as the president of an architecture design, construction, and engineering consultancy located in South Carolina.

This expert is well versed in all areas of maritime safety and regulation. He spent 30 years in the United States Coast Guard serving as a Boatswains Mate and Chief Warrant Officer, among other positions in operations and safety. He has conducted a myriad of law enforcement boardings to ensure vessels were in compliance with federal law and safety requirements. He is Coast Guard trained in Jones Act, OSHA Regulations, ABYC standards, and SMS (Safety Management Systems) requirements.
