Texas railroad expert witnesses provide technical analysis of rail operations, track and signal systems, and safety management across the state’s freight corridors serving Houston’s port and the Permian Basin. They often are railroad engineers, former FRA inspectors, or safety and human factors professionals. They evaluate derailments, grade-crossing incidents, maintenance practices, and regulatory compliance.
