Oregon occupational therapy expert witnesses assess functional capacity, rehabilitation plans, and standards of care across hospital, outpatient, and home-health settings. Many are licensed OTs with backgrounds in neurorehabilitation, hand therapy, pediatrics, and ergonomics, often tied to Oregon Health & Science University and Portland-area health systems. They evaluate injury-related disability, return-to-work readiness, adaptive equipment needs, and life-care implications.
