Arizona occupational therapy expert witnesses assess functional capacity, rehabilitation planning, and standards of care across inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings. Many are seasoned clinicians and educators from Phoenix and Tucson health systems, with subspecialties in neurorehabilitation, pediatrics, and hand therapy. They commonly evaluate ADL limitations, return-to-work readiness, adaptive equipment needs, and long-term care planning.
