New Jersey occupational therapy expert witnesses assess functional capacity, rehabilitation plans, and standards of care across hospitals, outpatient clinics, and school-based services. Many are licensed OTs with backgrounds in hand therapy, neurorehabilitation, and ergonomics, often tied to Rutgers Health and major North Jersey health systems. They commonly evaluate ADL limitations, return-to-work readiness, and appropriate therapy frequency.
