Virginia civil engineering expert witnesses provide technical analysis on how roads, sites, and structures are planned, built, and maintained across the Commonwealth. Many are licensed PEs with backgrounds in transportation, geotechnical, stormwater, and construction management, shaped by VDOT standards and Chesapeake Bay watershed regulations. They evaluate design compliance, drainage and erosion control, pavement performance, and construction defects.
