Kentucky civil engineering expert witnesses analyze how roads, bridges, sites, and utilities were planned, built, and maintained. They often come from transportation departments, geotechnical firms, and construction management roles familiar with Kentucky’s karst terrain and I‑64 and I‑75 freight corridors. They evaluate design compliance, drainage and erosion control, pavement and structural performance, and construction defects.
