Oregon civil engineering expert witnesses assess design, construction, and maintenance of public and private works across the state. Many are licensed PEs with backgrounds in transportation, geotechnical, and structural engineering, shaped by ODOT standards and Pacific Northwest rainfall and landslide conditions. They commonly evaluate roadway and bridge performance, slope stability, drainage, retaining walls, and construction quality.
