South Carolina vascular neurology expert witnesses bring stroke and cerebrovascular expertise to medical record review and clinical standards analysis. Many practice at academic centers like MUSC Health or within regional stroke networks serving Charleston and the Lowcountry. They often have backgrounds in neurology, neurocritical care, and endovascular care. They evaluate stroke recognition, imaging interpretation, tPA and thrombectomy timing, and secondary prevention.
