North Carolina vascular neurology expert witnesses are board-certified neurologists who assess stroke and cerebrovascular care, from emergency triage to post-acute recovery. Many practice in academic stroke programs at Duke Health or UNC Health, or lead telestroke networks serving rural communities. They commonly evaluate thrombolysis and thrombectomy timing, neuroimaging interpretation, and adherence to stroke protocols.
