Texas transportation expert witnesses analyze roadway, fleet, and transit operations across the state’s freight-heavy corridors like I-35 and the Port of Houston. They often come from traffic engineering, trucking safety management, human factors, and transportation planning roles in DOT, consulting, and logistics. They evaluate crash causation, driver performance, roadway design, and compliance with Texas transportation standards.
