Solid Waste Management Expert Witnesses in New Mexico

This qualified expert earned his BS and MS in environmental engineering, as well as his MS in civil engineering from Drexel University, graduating cum laude. He subsequently earned his PhD in environmental engineering. He is active in his field as a member of several organizations, including the Water Environmental Federation and the American Water Works Association. He has worked closely with many municipalities including the Philadelphia Water Department, the New York City Department of Environmental Protection and Department of Park and Recreations, and the Boston Water Sewer Commission. His former positions include being a research associate for Drexel University and an engineering consultant for Mott MacDonald. Currently, this expert is a client service manager for a water/wastewater company in Arizona.

This expert has over 35 years of experience in construction engineering. His research includes construction claims, construction safety, alternative energy technology, and waste disposal technology. He has served as Principal Engineer for various companies and, subsequently, legal counsel after receiving his J.D. In addition to serving as President of a consulting engineering company, he currently serves as Professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering as well as Director of Construction Management for a university.

This qualified Fluid Flow Engineering Expert obtained his BSE in Civil Engineering and his MSE and Ph.D in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Utah State University. He is a Certified Engineer in Utah and has published 40+ articles focused on Civil and Environmental Engineering research. He is a member of the American Water Works Association and the American Society of Engineers and is currently a Research Professor in Civil and Environmental at a University in the West, a Civil and Environmental Engineer at a Water Research Laboratory, and a Consultant at a Private Consulting Firm.
