Solid Waste Management Expert Witnesses in Kentucky

This highly qualified expert has extensive experience in environmental engineering. He obtained his BS in physics and chemistry from Nagpur University, his MS in chemistry from the Institute of Chemical Sciences, and his second MS in environmental engineering from Malviya National Institute of Technology in India, before moving to the United States, where he obtained his PhD in environmental engineering from the University of Toledo. Today, he is certified in compound inspection, hazardous waste stream determination, and environmental resources and environmental inspection. This expert is also a licensed air quality and indoor air quality engineer and an active member of the Air and Waste Management Association, the Internal Congress of Chemistry and Environment, the Institute of Professional Environmental Practice, and the American Association for the Advancement of Science. Moreover, he is very active in academia, having published and researched on topics related to environmental engineering and having developed two patents pertaining to engine exhaust. This expert previously served as an adjunct physics faculty member at Baker College, as the senior chemist and bacteriologist for the City of Toledo, as a post-doctoral research associate of wastewater treatment at Baylor University, and as a wastewater, statics, hydrology, and water resources engineering faculty member at the University of Toledo. He is currently an environmental inspector for the Department of Environmental Protection in West Virginia.

He earned his Bachelors of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, his MS and PhD in transportation systems and civil engineering from the University of Illinois and The University of Texas at Austin, respectively. This expert is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Transportation Research Board where he also serves on multiple committees. He has been published over 150 times in peer-reviewed journal articles and presented extensively in his field. Formerly he has served as a visiting professor in the department of civil engineering at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and as a visiting distinguished professor at the School of Transportation Engineering at Tongji University. He is currently a full professor for a school of engineering at a major IN research university.
