Nebraska safety expert witnesses assess hazards, standards, and risk controls across workplaces, healthcare, and public settings. Many are safety engineers, industrial hygienists, occupational health clinicians, or hospital safety leaders with experience in Omaha and Lincoln health systems and agricultural operations. They commonly evaluate incident causation, OSHA compliance, fall protection, machine guarding, and safety program adequacy.
