Oregon rehabilitation expert witnesses assess functional capacity, therapy needs, and long-term recovery planning across injury and disability cases. Many are physiatrists, PTs, OTs, vocational rehabilitation counselors, and life care planners drawn from Portland health systems and OHSU-affiliated practice. They evaluate impairment ratings, return-to-work feasibility in Oregon’s timber and manufacturing workforce, and appropriate assistive services.
