His 25 year career included key management positions in customer service, credit and collections, revenue cycle services, field operations and project management associated with the installation of an industry leading automated metering system. Prior to joining Wisconsin Public Service, this expert worked in the banking industry as a branch manager and corporate consumer loan officer. The first 7 years of his initial professional career was spent as a teacher of social studies, history and physical education, as well as a football coach. He received his B.A. and teaching certification from St. Norbert College in De Pere, Wisconsin.
