Georgia cauda equina syndrome expert witnesses provide clinical insight on urgent spinal cord and nerve root compression, drawing from neurosurgery, orthopedic spine surgery, emergency medicine, and neuroradiology. Many practice in Atlanta’s major health systems and academic centers, where high-volume trauma and complex spine care are routine. They commonly evaluate diagnostic timing, imaging interpretation, surgical decompression decisions, and neurologic outcomes.
