He received his B.A. and M.A. from Arizona State University, as well as a Doctorate of Education from the University of Arizona. The expert was a Teacher, Assistant Principal, and Principal before holding one Assistant Superintendent role and then several Superintendent positions. Over a span of 26 years, he was the Superintendent at 5 different school districts. For 3+ years he was in charge of the 14th largest school district in the nation, Orange County Public Schools in Florida. The expert was the Superintendent of Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District in California from 2000 until 2012 before taking on his current role.
