California boating accident expert witnesses analyze vessel operations, navigation decisions, and marine safety compliance on the state’s busy Pacific coastline and high-traffic waterways like the Sacramento–San Joaquin Delta. They often come from maritime engineering, Coast Guard and harbor patrol leadership, naval architecture, and accident reconstruction. They evaluate operator impairment, wake and speed management, equipment failures, and causation of injuries.
