After, he held positions as a senior claims adjuster at Cunningham Lindsey, the executive vice president of Clairvaux Institute, and the executive general adjuster at Solutia Adjusters. Currently, he is an executive consultant at an insurance claims consultancy in Colorado.

This expert's career in the aviation industry spans 37 years and has included work in turbine power plant, aircraft overhaul and component repair and overhaul. This expert has several years of property management experience, which includes 4 years of apartment management. For over 11 years he has also performed property safety inspections for major insurance companies. As a professional property manager, he holds the Master Property Manager designation from the National Association of Residential Property Managers. He conducted workshops for their property managers both locally and nationally, and is the author of several Property management classes approved in Texas for continuing education, and the Texas Real Estate Commission has certified the expert as an instructor of property management classes. In addition to authored classes, he has had over 25 property management articles published.

This expert has over 40 years of claims experience, both as an adjuster and then as an in-house attorney advising adjusters on the proper standard of care in claims handling. He has represented numerous bad faith plaintiffs, and he also established the errors & omissions adjusting practices and auditing procedures for a major insurance company. The expert spent over 6 years as AIG's Western Zone Claims Council and 14 years as Executive Managing Attorney for USAA. He is now retired and acts as an insurance bad faith advisor.

When he sold his agency in 1988, he had 60 employees and annual revenues in excess of $10,000,000. His career also includes a wealth of claims experience, personally having draft issuing authority to settle claims for a number of different insurance carriers. He currently manages a consultancy dedicated to standard of care issues special realationships underwriting and claims handling issues.

This qualified expert has years of experience in structural engineering. He received his BS in civil engineering from the University of Kansas before earning his MEng in structural engineering from Texas A&M University. He is a certified professional engineer in 5 states and holds several other structural engineering certifications. He is active in his field as a member of the Structural Engineering Association of Texas and the Building Envelope Enclosure Council. His former positions include project manager for CPH Structural Engineering and adjunct professor at the University of Houston. Currently, this expert is an adjunct professor in construction science at a well-known university in Texas, as well as the manager and principal of a structural engineering firm in Texas.

This expert has over 45 years of experience in risk management and insurance. He is a licensed risk manager by the Texas Department of Insurance and is active in his field as a member of several professional organizations including the American Association of Insurance Management Consultants and the Professional Risk Managers International Association. He previously served as an insurance officer for Anco Insurance, a partner at Houstoun Stevenson & Cummings, and the director of the Independent Insurance Agents of Texas. He is now the founder of an insurance and risk management firm in Texas.

This expert has 15 years of surety bond underwriting experience for both contract and commercial bonds. He earned his BS in business from the University of North Texas and is a licensed insurance agent and an associate in fidelity and surety bonds. He previously served as a member of the surety industry task force for the City of San Antonio and as a program provider for the bonding technical assistance program apart of the Texas Department of Transportation. He is currently a bonding technical assistance provider for a state department of transportation and the owner of a surety insurance agency in Texas.
