He was responsible for the overview of Missouri's insurance industry and was directly responsible for all agreements, transactions, mergers and acquisitions. He received his B.S. in Finance from Missouri State University and his MBA from the University of Missouri with an emphasis in entrepreneurship. This expert has first-hand experience implementing budgets and served as an advisor to the Insurance Director regarding all financial and policy matters. He is dual-certified as a Public Accountant and Financial Examiner as well as a Chartered Global Management Accountant by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Currently, he is the President and Founder of a consulting firm in the Greater Kansas City Area. His company focuses on insurance regulatory issues and practices, expert witness testimony, special projects, etc.

This expert has over 30 years experience as an insurance claim adjuster specializing in helping clients manage residential and commercial insurance claims after natural disasters or fires damage their property. He is a graduate of University of Central Oklahoma and a Certified Property Manager (CPM) with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). He is licensed in 11 states. He is currently the Regional Director at a public insurance adjusting company where he oversees Commercial Insurance Claims, Business Owner Insurance Claims, Risk Management, Recovery from Natural Disaster and Property loss, Commercial Property Re-positioning, and Homeowner Insurance Claim.

This expert began his career in underwriting in the 1960's, managing a regional general agency with broad underwriting authority specializing in property real and personal coverage, running the gamut from simple auto and homeowners’ policies to complex property, inland marine, manufacturer’s output and ocean marine policies. When he sold his agency in 1988, he had 60 employees and annual revenues in excess of $10,000,000. His career also includes a wealth of claims experience, personally having draft issuing authority to settle claims for a number of different insurance carriers. He currently manages a consultancy dedicated to standard of care issues special realationships underwriting and claims handling issues.

This expert has extensive experience in property insurance claims and construction disputes. He received his BA from Christendom College before starting a design-build construction company. After, he held positions as a senior claims adjuster at Cunningham Lindsey, the executive vice president of Clairvaux Institute, and the executive general adjuster at Solutia Adjusters. Currently, he is an executive consultant at an insurance claims consultancy in Colorado.
