With over 30 years of automotive engineering experience, this expert has dedicated his career to the field of accident reconstruction. Holding Masters and Doctoral degrees in automotive mechanical engineering and highway safety, he is a recognized expert whose clients have included U.S., State and Foreign Governments. He has extensive court experience, having been deposed and testified in approximately 200 trials, while he has acted as an automotive engineering consultant in more than 3,000 vehicle crash cases.

He has assisted in managing and establishing the current curriculum for the Nation's leading ATV rider training organization and the leading ROV training organization. The ATV organization has provide ATV rider education to more than 750,000 ATV users. He was selected by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) to not only testify on several ATV safety issues, but to also train their compliance officers in hands-on ATV operation. From 1970 to 1993 he was employed as a State Trooper for the Maryland State Police. Consequently he adds twenty-three years of expertise in accident investigation to his curriculum vitae. He has testified in Court concerning ATV, ROV and UTV accident cases extensively.

This expert has designed and improved over 400 machines for the food, pharmaceutical, electronics, mining, consumer goods and automotive industries. He has led major design projects for Fortune 500 Companies, such as Unilever, Coca-Cola, Nestle, Komatsu, Caterpillar, and Hitachi. He earned his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Mechanical Engineering in Italy, and has gained considerable professional experience in the United States, having recently served as the Chief Engineer for American Conveyor.

He received his BS in mechanical engineering from Cornell University and his ME in engine systems from the University of Wisconsin Madison.
