This expert specializes in injury biomechanics and automotive accident reconstruction. An alumnus of Texas A&M University's bioengineering program, he has 20+ years of accident analysis experience. In addition to consulting, he is involved in the research and testing of automotive bumper systems, having conducted numerous vehicular test collisions with human test subjects.

This expert has served as a heavy equipment mechanic and maintenance specialist for over 30 years. He is ASE certified in 8 different areas as a Medium/Heavy Truck Technician and 5 areas as an Automotive Technician. He is a former mechanic for the Utah Transit Authority where he performed maintenance and repairs in a variety of areas including suspensions, rotors, brake systems, and hydraulic systems. He also served as a mechanic at Sunroc Construction and Materials where he performed repairs on fleets of heavy construction equipment including dump trucks, trailers, loaders, and bulldozers. Currently, he is a Heavy Equipment Mechanic at a government transportation unit in UT where he performs preventative maintenance and repairs on transmission and brake systems for trucks and heavy road maintenance vehicles.

This well-qualified expert earned his MS in Mechanical Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of Bucharest [Romania], his MBA in International Economic Relations from the Academy of Economic Sciences [Romania], and his PhD in Engineering from North Dakota State University. He is active in his field as a member of several professional organizations, including the American Society for Engineering Education, the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, the Society of Automotive Engineers and the American Management Association. This expert has been granted 10 patents as contribution to innovation in his field. Formerly, he was the Vice President of Engineering for PRISM Enterprises, Inc., an Adjunct Professor of Physics, Engineering and Architecture Department at San Antonio College, and a Senior Design Engineer & Project Manager for Kinetic Concepts, Inc. He is currently an Engineering Coordinator for a top college, the Co-Director for a Science & Mathematics Education Program in a top university, as well as an Adjunct Professor in the School of Engineering for a top university.

This qualified expert earned his BS in mechanical engineering from Detroit Institute of Technology, his MBA from University of Phoenix, and his DBA from Nova Southeastern University. He is a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers,the American Gunsmithing Association, and the Society of Automotive Engineers International. Formerly he served in multiple engineering management positions at AlliedSignal Aerospace (Honeywell) and as the owner of and gunsmith for Accurate Firearms Repair. This expert currently is the founder and owner of a gas turbine engine industry consultancy and a personal injury lawsuit consultancy.

This expert has over two decades of experience in the field of quality and manufacturing processes, specializing in automotive vehicles and their components. She received her BS in chemical engineering from the University of Waterloo and then became a process engineer at Woodbridge Foam. Afterward, she worked as a quality engineer at Estee Lauder Corporation, a project manager for ATS Automation Tooling Systems, and then as the assistant manager of quality engineering at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada, where her primary role was to ensure accurate root cause analysis on completed vehicle or sub-component quality problems related to customer-use, manufacturing, or design-related issues. She then became the director of global quality for valve and pipes manufacturing at Crane ChemPharma & Energy, where she was responsible for implementing Global Standard Quality Processes to manage in-house and supplier manufacturing. Currently, she owns a private consulting firm in Texas.
