Washington arborist expert witnesses assess tree health, risk, and management practices across urban and forested environments. Many are ISA-certified arborists, consulting foresters, or utility vegetation managers familiar with Puget Sound’s dense canopy and wind exposure. They evaluate hazard tree failures, root damage, pruning standards, construction impacts, and storm-related loss.
