Idaho arborist expert witnesses assess tree health, risk, and management practices across the state’s urban corridors and forested landscapes. They often are ISA-certified arborists, consulting foresters, or municipal tree managers with experience in wildfire-prone timber regions and Boise-area development. These experts commonly evaluate hazardous tree determinations, pruning standards, root damage, storm loss, and causation of property impacts.
