Illinois arborist expert witnesses assess tree health, risk, and management practices across urban and rural landscapes. Many are ISA-certified arborists, municipal foresters, or utility vegetation managers familiar with Chicago’s street-tree inventory and ComEd corridor requirements. They review pruning standards, pest and disease impacts, and storm-related failures. These experts evaluate hazardous tree claims, property damage, and maintenance responsibility.
