New Jersey stair fall expert witnesses analyze stairway design, maintenance, and human factors to clarify how a fall occurred. They often come from structural engineering, architecture, building safety inspection, and rehabilitation medicine, with experience in Newark and Jersey City multifamily housing and transit facilities. They evaluate code compliance, tread and riser geometry, lighting, handrails, slip resistance, and injury causation.
