Indiana school expert witnesses assess education standards, student safety, and administrative practices across K–12 settings. They often come from roles as superintendents, principals, special education directors, school psychologists, and campus security leaders. With Indiana’s strong charter presence in Indianapolis and statewide IDOE oversight, they understand local compliance expectations. They evaluate IEP implementation, discipline, bullying prevention, supervision, and duty of care.
