He has managed various construction safety projects including the installation and modification of industrial equipment valued at over a billion dollars. Formerly, he served as a night safety manager for Gallagher Kaiser at General Motors and as a safety manager for NKC American at Toyota Motor Manufacturing. He currently is the safety manager for a prominent aluminum manufacturer overseeing the installation of a new stamping bed.

She has 20 years of experience in safety management, 16 years in safety consulting, and 20 years of teaching safety courses at top ranking accredited Universities. She has a Masters from Indiana University in Occupational Health and Safety and a B.S. in Safety Management from Indiana University. For the last 15 years, he has been President of his own firm specializing in litigation support for construction accidents and personal injury cases, claim analysis and negotiations, and resolution of contract issues.
