Wisconsin product design expert witnesses assess whether consumer and industrial products were engineered, tested, and labeled with reasonable safety. Many are mechanical engineers, industrial designers, or human factors specialists with experience in Milwaukee-area manufacturing and Upper Midwest supply chains. They review design controls, warnings, ergonomics, and failure modes, offering opinions on defect causation and safer alternative designs.
