Virginia power plant expert witnesses assess generation operations, equipment performance, and safety practices across the Commonwealth’s gas, nuclear, and renewable facilities. They often come from utility engineering, plant management, metallurgy, and electrical protection roles tied to Virginia’s coastal energy corridors and data center-driven load growth in Northern Virginia. They evaluate failures, outages, compliance, and root-cause analyses.
