This expert is a health & safety expert in oil and gas, construction and mining drawing on his advanced education and about 20 years experience teaching safety practices and techniques reducing incidents and reducing costs/losses. He has worked at a variety of mining, petroleum, and construction companies as their lead environmental health and safety specialist. He has extensive experience drafting and implementing safety and environmental programs and field safety audit systems that comply with OSHA and MSHA standards.

This highly-qualified expert has over 40 years of experience in the field of electric power generation EPC (engineering procurement construction), renewable technologies, and engineering contracts both in the US and internationally. He received his BS in general engineering from the United States Military Academy before earning his MS in nuclear engineering from MIT and his MBA in finance from the University of Santa Clara. Currently, this expert serves as a consultant for an engineering consultancy, reviewing engineering contracts both in the United States and internationally.

This expert has been working in consumer electronics and electrical utilities for over 30 years, and has extensive experience with solar panels, electronics manufacturing, data analytics, semiconductor packaging, and portable electronic products.
