Wyoming police expert witnesses bring command-level and investigative experience from municipal departments and Wyoming Highway Patrol operations across vast rural corridors. Many have backgrounds in use-of-force policy, traffic collision reconstruction, or jail operations shaped by long response distances and limited resources. They evaluate officer conduct, pursuit decisions, evidence handling, and adherence to Wyoming standards and training.
