Police Expert Witnesses in Arizona

This expert has been a member of law enforcement and public safety for over 20 years. A candidate for a Ph.D. in Public Safety Leadership, he is a board member with the International Public Safety Association and member of many other associations, such as DC Nightlife Association. He is a recognized court expert witness in hospitality security training, policies, procedures, and standards of care. He has been published in "Nightclub and Bar Magazine" and has been a regular speaker at the Nightclub and Bar Convention and Trade Show on topics such as "Alcohol Service Liabilities, Security Training, and Reducing Violent Incidents", "Critical Incident Preparation and Creating a Security Training Development Program", and "Dealing With Intoxicated Patrons and Liability Prevention". This expert is a Retired Police Officer and a Field Training Instructor from a county police department, while he currently serves as the Vice President of a nightclub security consulting firm, where his duties include providing in-house security certification training seminars and conducting liability assessment of client properties.

This expert has been involved with security specialties for over 30 years. He has worked as the Chief Probation Officer, which had him follow federal and state rules and regulations. He has had vast experience with ankle monitors, and currently has his own security firm that works with those on probation.

This dramshop liability expert has a background in law enforcement. He is a former Police Officer and later served as a Senior Investigator for the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control. As a Liquor Control Officer, he was assigned to investigate alcohol-related accidents and violence to assure compliance with the state law and the operational procedures of the establishment as well as the applicable standard of care. He provides presentations for the liquor industry, legal conventions and Law Enforcement presentations. He testifies and consults on dramshop liability and the prevention of violence.

This expert has over 20 years of experience in wildland fire investigation, suppression, prescribed fire, and training. He is currently the President/Owner of a private wildfire investigation, consulting, and training firm. Previously, he served as a Special Agent with the US Forest Service, specializing in wildland fire investigation and performing as the national wildland fire investigation expert, as well as, detailing as the Assistant Special Agent-in-Charge. He was also the Incident Commander of the US Forest Service Law Enforcement & Investigations Fire Investigation Team and received the US Forest Service's Special Agent of the Year Award. He is currently an active member, and former Co-Chair, of the National Wildfire Coordinating Group's Wildland Fire Investigation Committee. He has investigated hundreds of wildland fires, to include the largest fires in the history of Arizona and New Mexico. He has also instructed numerous wildland fire investigation training courses, both nationally and internationally. He was also a Subject Matter Expert in the U.S. Forest Service's International Programs organization. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration/Finance from Northern Arizona University.

This expert has over 20 years of experience in the field of digital forensics. She attended the Arizona Law Enforcement Academy, and served the Phoenix Police Department as a Digital Mobile Forensic Detective. While working there, she worked in several different units, including the Home Invasion Kidnapping Enforcement Unit, the Intelligence Action Center, and the Digital Forensic Investigation Unit. She has participated in many trainings and classes, earning her several certifications on different areas of digital forensics. She currently serves as a Cell Phone & Cell Tower Forensic Investigator at a Private Forensics Firm in Arizona.
