Kentucky MSHA expert witnesses help interpret MSHA compliance, mine safety programs, and accident prevention practices across the Commonwealth. They often come from coal operations in Eastern Kentucky, safety engineering, industrial hygiene, and mine rescue leadership. Many have hands-on experience with underground and surface mining conditions unique to Appalachian seams. They evaluate citations, ventilation and dust controls, training adequacy, and incident causation.
