New Mexico industrial safety expert witnesses assess workplace hazards, compliance programs, and incident prevention across the state’s oil and gas fields and mining operations. They often come from safety engineering, industrial hygiene, OSHA compliance, and plant operations leadership. Their New Mexico experience reflects remote sites, multilingual crews, and high-risk extraction environments. They evaluate causation, standards adherence, and adequacy of training, supervision, and controls.
