Mississippi industrial safety expert witnesses assess workplace hazards and safety program compliance across the state’s Gulf Coast shipyards, chemical facilities, and construction sites. They often come from OSHA compliance, industrial hygiene, safety engineering, and plant operations roles. Many have experience with refinery turnarounds and port logistics along the Mississippi River. They evaluate incident causation, training adequacy, guarding, PPE, and regulatory compliance.
