This expert has been working on and with seafaring vessels for over 40 years. He graduated from Massachusetts Maritime Academy with a B.S. in Nautical Science and Marine Transportation and holds a U.S. Coast Guard Master License. Currently, this expert is the Director of Maritime Relations at a leading provider of private maritime safety and security solutions, while he also serves as a Maritime Nautical Inspector for the second largest open ship registry in the world, conducting safety, International Safety Management, and Port Security Inspection audits. He is also a Visiting Professor and Deck Training Officer at a major maritime academy.

This expert has a company dedicated to drowning and aquatic injury prevention and emergency management. In that regard, they develop educational curricula in Lifeguard Operations and Management, Aquatics Safety and Drowning Prevention, Water Rescue, Swiftwater Rescue, and Ice Rescue, and conduct this training both nationally and internationally for the Public Safety and Rescue, as well as the Lifeguard and Aquatic Recreation Sectors. He is well-versed in parking design specifications, maintenance and operation procedures, traffic, and safety standards and best practices. He earned his BA in psychology at the University of Hartford. He has held several positions throughout the industry including general manager of Metropolitan Parking System, Inc., vice president of business development at TCS International, vice president of the northeast region at Amano McCann, vice president of operations at Park Assist, and CEO at Designa Access Corporation. This expert is currently the principal of a parking design consulting firm in Massachusetts.

This highly qualified occupation health and safety expert has over 30 years of experience in his field, specializing in asbestos, lead, and industrial hygiene issues. After earning his BS from the University of Massachusetts, this expert went on to become a certified safety professional and ergonomics assessment specialist. He is an active member of the American Society of Safety Professionals and has completed extensive professional development coursework with the OSHA Training Institute Education Center of New England. Namely, this expert has training and experience in excavations, trenching, and soil mechanics; electrical standards; fall arrest systems; accident investigation; and safety and health management.
