New York fire damage expert witnesses assess fire origin, smoke and soot migration, and restoration needs across dense urban and aging building stock. They often come from fire protection engineering, forensic electrical work, insurance adjusting, and IICRC-certified remediation. Many have experience with NYC high-rise systems and New York State Fire Code compliance. They evaluate causation, code adherence, contamination, and repair scope.
