This expert has extensive experience applying economic and financial models to matters regarding property and casualty insurance. He has applied his models to personal and commercial lines of coverage, including those involving catastrophe exposures. He earned his M.A. and his Ph.D. in Economics from Rutgers University. The expert is a Member of the American Risk & Insurance Association and also sits on the Editorial Boards of the Journal of Insurance Regulation and Benefits Quarterly. He has been working for a large economics consulting firm since 1989.

This expert has over 60 years of experience in the field of insurance. He earned his BS at David Lipscomb University and is a Licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Agent, as well as a Life and Health Insurance Agent. He a certified Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter, as well as an Associate in Risk Management. He is active in his field as a member of the National Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter Society, and has published on topics relating to the field of insurance. He has previously served as the Vice President of Tennessee Underwriters, and for the last 17 years has served as the President of an insurance consulting service in Tennessee.

This expert has over 50 years of experience in the field of insurance claims. He has experience working in in claim handling custom and practice, claim adjusting, coverage interpretation, and SIU practices. He is certified as a Casualty Claims Law Associate, Legal Principals Coverage Specialist, and a Registered Professional Adjuster, among others. He is active as a member of the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance, previously serving as the President of the Orange County Chapter, and is a Board Member of the California Association of Independent Insurance Adjusters. He has previously worked for insurance companies such as CIGA, Chubb Group of Insurance Companies, and CNA Insurance. He currently serves as the President and Senior Insurance Claims Consultant for an insurance firm in California.

This expert has been practicing in the risk management and insurance industry for over 30 years. Ranked first in her graduating Risk Management class and chosen nationally as a Risk and Insurance Management Society scholar, she has defended both insurers and brokers in many cases involving coverage disputes, lack of coverage and property loss. She is currently the President of her own risk management consulting firm, she regularly manages large Property and Casualty insurance programs for her multinational clients and has received awards such as Outstanding Educator from the Insurance Society of Philadelphia and various national sales awards from her work as a Senior Account Representative with the Hobbs Group.

This expert began his career in underwriting in the 1960's, managing a regional general agency with broad underwriting authority specializing in property real and personal coverage, running the gamut from simple auto and homeowners’ policies to complex property, inland marine, manufacturer’s output and ocean marine policies. When he sold his agency in 1988, he had 60 employees and annual revenues in excess of $10,000,000. His career also includes a wealth of claims experience, personally having draft issuing authority to settle claims for a number of different insurance carriers. He currently manages a consultancy dedicated to standard of care issues special realationships underwriting and claims handling issues.

This highly qualified expert has nearly 40 years of experience in insurance. He earned his BBA in accounting from Hofstra University before beginning his career in insurance with the New York State Insurance Department and the New York State Department of Financial Services. During his 35 years working for the New York State Insurance Department, he held several prominent positions, including director of policy initiatives and assistant chief examiner of the property bureau. He has years of demonstrated experience dealing with health, life, and property insurance regulations. Currently, this expert serves as the principal for an insurance and regulatory consulting firm in New York.

This expert has over 25 years of experience in architecture. He received his BA and MS in architecture from Tulane University and is a licensed architect in eight states. He is also a Haag certified inspector in residential and commercial roofing as well as wind damage. He is active in his field as a member of the American Institute of Architects, a past president of AIA Idaho, and a member of the U.S. Green Building Council. Throughout his career, he has performed over 300 commercial and residential roof inspections for weather-caused damage including single-ply, metal, built-up, asphalt shingle and cedar shake roofs. Currently, he is a forensic architect with an architecture firm in Idaho.

This highly-qualified expert has 45 years of experience in insurance and risk management, specializing in questionable claims practices, policy rescission, bad faith conduct, coverage disputes, producer professional liability, and insurer insolvency. He holds several professional designations, including Associate in Risk Management, Accredited Advisor in Insurance, and Registered Professional Liability Underwriter. He is also licensed as an insurance producer, a claims adjuster, and an insurance counselor. He formerly served as a claims manager for Property and Casualty Solutions, the operations director for Maxcis, and a program underwriter for Commercial & Manufacturing Insurance. Currently, this expert is a faculty member for an insurance association in Michigan.
