Oregon environmental expert witnesses assess contamination, regulatory compliance, and ecological impacts across the state’s forests, rivers, and industrial corridors. They often come from environmental engineering, hydrogeology, toxicology, and state agency or consulting roles. In Oregon, their work frequently intersects with watershed protection and permitting tied to timber and port activity. They evaluate groundwater and sediment data, exposure pathways, and remediation standards.
