This FDA regulation expert earned her B.S. in Environmental Chemistry from Purchase College and her M.S. in Environmental Science from the University of Colorado Denver. She began her career with the FDA in 1987 as a Chemist in the Denver Districts Laboratory and then became a Compliance Officer in 1992, specializing primarily in medical device and biologics cases. She later managed a group of eight investigators as a Supervisory Consumer Safety Officer and then became a Compliance Officer, tasked with evaluating reports and lab analysis to determine compliance with regulation. The expert finished her FDA career as a Senior Case Review Expert, a role she held from 2008 until the end of 2015. In this position, she was responsible for reviewing and evaluating proposed judicial actions to determine if they were compliant with the requirements of the the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetics Act and other regulations. Currently, the expert runs her own consulting business.

This expert received his BS in environmental science from Baylor University and his MS in applied geographic information science from Texas State University. He completed an internship as a part of the nonpoint source team at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality as well as an internship as a business systems analyst at Austin Energy. Previously, he has served as a subject matter expert, materials consultant, and faculty partner at Cengage Publishing. He has also previously served as a GIS analyst for Guadalupe Valley Electric Cooperative, a GIS analyst II for Collabera Energy Systems, and an adjunct professor of geography at Eastfield College. Currently, he serves as a customer success manager for an energy systems company in Colorado.

This highly qualified expert has years of experience in agricultural systems management and occupational safety. He received his BS degree in agricultural systems management and his MS degree in environmental pollution control from Pennsylvania State University before receiving his PhD degree in agricultural and biological engineering from Purdue University. He chaired the ergonomics, safety and health committee at the American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers and is a member of various other professional associations, including the Agricultural Safety and Health Council of America. He has published 10+ peer-reviewed journal articles and is an associate editor for three renowned agricultural research journals. He lectures both nationally and internationally and received several honors for his outstanding work, including the NIOSH-NORA partnering award for worker health and safety. Currently, he is an assistant professor of agricultural systems engineering and agricultural and occupational health at a major university in Nebraska.

This expert is a health & safety expert in oil and gas, construction and mining drawing on his advanced education and about 20 years experience teaching safety practices and techniques reducing incidents and reducing costs/losses. He has worked at a variety of mining, petroleum, and construction companies as their lead environmental health and safety specialist. He has extensive experience drafting and implementing safety and environmental programs and field safety audit systems that comply with OSHA and MSHA standards.
