Wisconsin education administration expert witnesses assess school leadership, policy compliance, and operational decision-making across districts and higher education. Many are former superintendents, principals, special education directors, or university administrators familiar with DPI rules and Wisconsin’s rural district staffing constraints. They commonly evaluate governance, student discipline, IDEA and Section 504 implementation, and teacher supervision practices.
