New York education administration expert witnesses assess school leadership, policy implementation, and compliance across public and independent systems. They often come from district administration, higher education leadership, special education coordination, and Title IX or student services roles. With New York State Education Department regulations and NYC DOE scale, they evaluate governance, staffing, discipline, and program oversight.
