This expert has over 30 years of experience as a police officer. He received his BS in business and economics from Culver-Stockton College and his MA in public administration from St. Louis University. He went on to complete his MBA with a focus in criminal justice at Northcentral University. He is a certified Use of Force analyst and is a member of the International Association of Chiefs of Police and the North Texas Police Chiefs Association. He has served as the chief of police for a number of cities including Crystal City, MO, Madison, AL and most recently, Greenville, TX. Since retiring in 2019, he has been working as a private police practices expert.

This highly-qualified expert has investigated thousands of vehicle collisions during his career. He earned his AS in criminal justice from Midland Community College and his BS in information systems from the University of Texas Permian Basin. As a certified accident reconstructionist, he has completed over 500 hours of formal training on topics from crash reconstruction to vehicle data recording. Further, he is a Texas Traffic Law and Crash Investigation Instructor. Currently, this expert is a collision investigator for a local police department and he owns a collision investigation company based in Texas.
